Schedule
Our intensive style is designed to help divers of all abilities improve their skills in a short period of time. At the pool, dive sessions provide for coaching in fundamentals and advanced techniques on boards and platforms from 1 to 10 meter. Frequent rotations during sessions will ensure that each diver gets plenty of time on all boards and with all coaches. The lunch period is lengthy to give athletes a substantial and important rest.
